Service Exchange

Electrotech has over 100,000 parts in stock on our website which are avaliable for service exchange and we offer 20% off the list price. Service Exchange provide one of the quickest and most cost effective solutions to your problems, all you to do is send us your faulty unit and we will replace it with the same refurbished item out of our stock. 

For all new customer and international service exchange full payment will be taken and once we recieve your unit we will refund the 20%, if you hold on an account you will have 14 working days to return your unit before full payment of the item. Alternatively we can ship your replacement once we have recieved your unit.

All items are tested before leaving our workshop and are covered with our 12 month warranty.
