Quality Management System
Customer satisfaction is our primary objective; our goal is to delight our customers. To meet this goal we have established key measures to monitor our performance from a customer perspective and to focus our process of continual improvement where it matters. We actively seek customer feedback so that we can take appropriate action in a timely manner.
We believe an effective quality management system is fundamental to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our business and our ability to delight our customers. Our procedures demand that we continually improve all aspects of our business through repair, delivery and customer support.
Our QMS is established in accordance with ISO9001:2000 a copy of our quality policy and objectives is available on request.
Health & Safety
All Electrotech employees are made aware of our policy through induction training, periodic meetings, regular safety audits and notice boards. Employees are encouraged to raise any issues regarding health and safety with their managers.

1. HS001 (Health & Safety Statement), this incorporates our policy and details responsibilities;
2. HS002 (Health & Safety Arrangements and Records), risk assessment, planning and implementation is covered by this document; and

Environmental Management System
Electrotech is committed to continuous improvement of its environmental performance. Protection of the environment in which we live and operate is fundamental to our values and principles. Care for the environment is one of our key responsibilities and an important part of the way in which we do business. A copy of EM002 (EAA-Check List & Action Plan) is available on request.
Our policy is to comply with all regulatory requirements as stated in our Quality Manual.
