Shipping & Returns

All Units unless otherwise stated are of a Refurbished Condition.

As a company it is our policy to Export to you Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).  

Some Credit Card Transactions will incur an additional charge of up to 2.85%.

You may return all unused items purchased at Electrotech Solutions Ltd within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 Days of receiving the returned item.
